Parenting Through the Noise:

How to Raise Strong, Grounded Kids in a World Full of Screens

At Polestar Parenting, we understand the confusion and helplessness many parents feel today. Whether you're navigating screen time battles or just sensing your child slipping into a world of constant comparison and distraction, you're not alone.

Parents everywhere are losing ground to the power of influencers and algorithms, as their kids start to shape their identities around likes, followers, and viral trends.

While technology can be an incredible tool, we’re seeing the cost: rising anxiety, depression, disconnection, and a growing sense of emptiness—even in young kids.

This workshop offers a powerful framework for reclaiming your voice as a parent—not through fear or control, but through clarity and intention.

This is not another “how to control screen time” talk.

This is about something deeper:

How do we raise kids who know who they are - kids who can think critically, connect deeply, and stay centered - even in a noisy, distracted world?

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a new lens to view technology, parenting, and your child’s development.

You'll leave with tools—not just to manage tech—but to build a family culture where your values guide your child’s growth.

Here’s what you’ll walk away with:

  • check Insight into the “values” of the digital world—and how they often oppose the very traits we hope to cultivate in our kids.
  • check An understanding of neuroplasticity: the science that shows your child’s brain is shaped by how they spend their time.
  • check Clarity on the human values you want to pass on—and how to make them stick.
  • check 9 practical strategies to raise kids who are emotionally grounded, socially conscious, and anchored in your values.
  • check And much more!

This workshop is for you if:

  • check You’ve felt frustrated, worried, or unsure about your child’s screen use.
  • check You’ve noticed how digital culture is shaping your child’s mood, motivation, or sense of self.
  • check You want to feel empowered—not overwhelmed—by the challenges of modern parenting.
  • check You want to be with like minded parents, who share your concerns.
  • check You want to support your child in becoming their most authentic self.
